We have two return policies:
For Online Purchases
We offer a 30-day return policy for online orders only. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please see instructions below on how to make a return of an online purchase. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase unless you instruct us otherwise. Please allow us 15-20 business days to receive and process your online order return.
For In-Store Purchases
We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds. However, we will gladly exchange your items or give you in-store credit. You may return your non-medical items for in-store credit. Items must be returned in new condition, with tags, within 10 days of purchase. The following items are NOT exchangeable: wigs, shapewear, strapless bras, compression garments, panties, swimwear, breast forms, and sale items.
How to Return Online Purchases
Online purchases may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is not covered by Confidentially Yours. Please include in your return your order number, reason for return (refund or exchange), and address your package to:

Important notes about returning online orders:
- Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
- By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Please try these items on over your own underwear.
- We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
- We also ask that, due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items in a protective box to insure damage-free shipping.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
